Beetle Juice Cocktail

Who needs swanky bars when you can bring the taste of luxury to your own back garden? Get some friends round and have a bit of fun making these Beetle Juice Cocktails

A shaker or stirring glass

Highball glass


One third Rubicon lychee

Two thirds apple juice


2tbsp Raspberry puree

A lime

Mint to garnish

  1. Make up Beetle Juice mix, one third Rubicon lychee, two thirds apple
  2. Shaker full of ice - double shot of gin (50ml)
  3. Add the fresh raspberry puree and a squeeze of lime
  4. Add lychee/apple mix so the shaker is ¾ full
  5. Shake well (20 seconds)
  6. Serve everything left in shaker into glass (so shaker is left clean)
  7. Garnish with a sprig of mint
